Every year, we’re bombarded with advice on getting our bodies holiday-ready. The diet tips. The gym plans. The ‘look confident in your swimwear’ content. But here’s what nobody talks about: getting your brain ready.
If you work in games or tech, you probably know the drill. The two weeks before you go are an absolute war zone, working twice as hard to ‘make up for being away’, which means you leave already running on empty. Then you spend the first three days of your holiday staring at the ceiling at 2am, heart racing, mind still on the sprint you just handed over.
That’s not a holiday. That’s a location change.
Beach Brain Ready is a small-group pilot programme for professionals who want to change that. Across three 1-hour lunchtime sessions (before, during, and after the summer break) we’ll build practical strategies for winding down well, staying sane while you’re away (even if you can’t fully disconnect), and channelling that rare headspace into real reflection.
You’ll also get a WhatsApp group with your cohort to share wins, photos, rants, and encouragement throughout the summer. In exchange for a free place, all I ask for is honest feedback and a testimonial to help shape future cohorts.
